Key Responsibilities : Lead and coordinate a mechanical project design team to deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Oversee the detailed design and procurement of mechanical systems from concept to commissioning. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives. Prepare designs that comply with engineering specifications, statutory, and safety requirements. Provide tender support, estimates, and progress reports to achieve project profitability. 5 - 10 years power generation, industrial, heavy industry experience Well rounded background in structural steel, piping, purchasing, read design documents, project management Lead a mechanical project design team including other engineers and draftspersons to carry out projects Detailed design of mechanical systems and subsystems Preparation of design and detailed output documents from specifications, concepts, no specifications on-site surveys, sketches transmitting, receiving information for technical interfaces Estimation and tendering experience CPEng or working towards Leadership, mentor junior engineers, problem solving ability What We're Looking For : Qualifications : Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical). Experience : Demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering within an EPC environment. 7+ Years experience for the Senior role, less we can consider you for other roles. Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and project management software.
