Job descriptionLead mechanical design for building projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage end-to-end project delivery Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with Australian codes and standard Lead mechanical services design (HVAC, chilled / heating water, ventilation) across various building projects Manage project documentation, technical delivery, and cross-disciplinary coordination Engage with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the ongoing development of the team Ensure compliance with industry standards, project briefs, and local regulations Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering 8+ years’ experience in building services (consultancy environment preferred) Proficiency in relevant software including Revit, AutoCAD and BIM platforms Strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead and deliver technical outcomes Understanding of Australian standards and mechanical compliance requirements Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) (preferred)
