Geospatial Support Officer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a

• Your responsibilities in your new position
• Support
• Provide technical support and advice to users on geospatial software, tools, and platforms
• Maintain
• Manage and maintain enterprise geospatial platforms including implementing platform governance and procedures
• Collaboration
• Liaise with spatial vendors to elevate spatial platform and user queries and issues
• Experience with Esri software suite (ArcGIS Desktop / Pro, ArcGIS Online (AGOL) or ArcGIS Enterprise)
• Knowledge of geospatial data management best practices and advice
• Ability to manage and respond to user support requests
• Ability to communicate effectively with users or varying ability
