The purpose of the Family Practitioner is to provide intensive therapeutic services to children, young people and their families with serious and / or complex mental health, behavioral and / or emotional needs to maximize their developmental potential. You will deliver the evidence-based model for families of children aged 0-17 years within the family's home environment.
Be a part of that change, the journey and set the family up for success.
As a Family Practitioner, you will be delivering Functional Family Therapy working with young people aged between 0-17 and their families in their homes
