Job descriptionWe are looking for Confidence, an outgoing demeanour, and a friendly attitude A good sense of humour and a proactive mindset Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others A willingness to be a positive role model and mentor Shifts 6am - 9am - Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays Flexibility and availability to pick up extra shifts when other workers are on leave Requirements A driver's license and own vehicle NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (or willing to obtain) Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain) Live within reasonable travelling distance Pay Rate 50 per hour To Apply

We are currently seeking a casual Male Disability Support Worker to join our small, dynamic team in Pullenvale. This role primarily focuses on supporting an active 29-year-old young man as he prepares for his work day. Duties will include meal preparation, assistance with personal care, and support with transportation. Additionally, the position emphasizes encouraging social connections and community involvement, promoting health and well-being, and fostering new friendships. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a critical role in helping him enjoy life and explore local community opportunities.
