Male Disability Support Worker - Winchelsea

Direct Care Assistance (DCA), a leading NDIS service provider, is currently seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide exceptional care services to a complex client based in Winchelsea and support our client with various needs.

As a Support Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of our client. This position requires commitment and dedication to delivering personalized care and ensuring the client's specific needs are met.

Shifts : 24 / 7 shift (regular ongoing shift)

Start Date : ASAP

• Able to work under pressure
• Must have : A car, valid Victorian Driver's License, and a Comprehensive Car Insurance
• Has excellent communication skills
• Knowledgeable in writing progress notes
• What You'll be doing? (Essential Duties)
• Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, and dressing.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate in the completion of care plans, risk assessments, reviews, and incident & accident reporting.
• Provide support for the client's daily routines and activities.
• Facilitate community access and engagement.
• Participate in both in-house and external activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
