Qualifications :

• Previous experience in disability support work, preferably with both children and adults
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and person-centred care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Relevant tertiary qualification in the field of disability care (desirable)
• Must be able to relate to children who are technology focused and build a relationship to drive activities out side the house
