Being Busby is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Leader to support the day-to-day operations of the service._
Our Assistant Centre Leaders own the compliance framework of the service and assists the Centre Leader in managing the day to day operations.
Your
primary responsibilityis to develop and execute your service's compliance program, which ensures that your service is meeting the requirements of the National Laws and Regulations moment by moment including the responsibility for rostering and payroll.Location : Busby (2168)_Places : 65_Some responsibilities and dutiesIn collaboration with your Centre Leader, organising rosters and staffing arrangements that comply with and exceed the National Quality Standards;When your Centre Leader is unavailable, manage the day-to-day operations of your service;Guide practice, including educational, health and safety, relational, and management and leadership practices;Regularly review your key metrics and feedback, and critically reflect with your team to improve the quality of your service's practice;Develop and retain an Extraordinary team through hiring and professional development (both formal and informal);Contribute to the services self-assessment and quality improvement plan.About YouPrevious experience as an Assistant Centre Leader with demonstrated abilities to support and lead practice and pedagogy.
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Degree in Early Childhood (approved by ACECQA)Current and valid WWC, CPR, First Aid and Anaphylaxis certificates and child protection trainingDemonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and NQFDemonstrated experience in Inspire and lead other educators in child lead interactions and activitiesDemonstrated experience in supporting the management of a serviceAbout the CompanyBeing_ is an organisation committed to a powerful future for every child.
