We are seeking a welcoming and detail-oriented individual to assist with group arrivals, guest services, and weekend operations. You should be friendly, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. Having a valid driving license is essential for this role. • KEY REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, you must have :

• A passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent English.
• The ability to multitask and respond quickly to guest requests.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift.
• Availability to assist during group arrivals, weekends, or even overnight hours when required.
• A valid driving license (essential).
• Entitlement to work in Australia with no visa restrictions.
• THE ROLE

This role will require you to :

• Assist with group arrivals and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Help handle guest requests, enquiries, luggage pick-up and drop-off.
• Provide support to general operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold our high standards of guest service.
