We have a exciting opportunity for a Porter to join our Front Office Team! Be the face of the hotel and create magical memories for our guests!

As an energizing and confident Porter, you will join our creative and diverse Front Office Team, connecting with people and making things happen at Hyatt Regency Brisbane. A good understanding of multi-tasking and caring for our guests will ensure your day is full of exciting challenges and is never dull.

The Role

Valet parking of guest carsDelivery of luggage to guest roomsAssisting with guest enquiries e.g. directions, recommendationsHandling guest feedback and resolving any complaints

The Person

High level of grooming and personal presentationHigh level of both written and verbal communicationFlexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidaysUnrestricted working rights in AustraliaPrevious experience with Opera is advantageousFull Open Drivers License within AustraliaManual Drivers License advantageous
