Civil Site Supervisor

About the Role :

A well-established and reputable civil contractor is looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to lead operations across multiple residential and infrastructure projects in the Perth metro area , with a focus on sites in Yanchep, Two Rocks, Mandurah, and Baldivis . Youll play a hands-on leadership role, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient project delivery across a variety of subdivision, earthworks, and road construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations on active civil sites.
• Manage subcontractors, plant, materials, and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings, and drive a strong safety culture.
• Report on progress, risks, and issues to Project Management teams.
