As the Project Officer you will be responsible for supporting our client implementation team of our Expense Management software. You will be responsible for understanding and documenting project requirements, assisting in preparing documentation around solutions, and assisting with training our clients on the software. Successful Project Officer's demonstrate a dedicated focus on client success and team support.

The Project Officer will :
Assist internal departments and client project teams in documenting project scope, business requirements and implementation timelines.Assist with testing the software to meet the defined project scope and client business requirements.Assist in mitigating project risks and issues, confidently support the implementation team to address all challenges, and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.Participate in virtual and onsite training on the software.Participate with Domestic and / or Internationally travel requirements when required.Deliver extraordinary service resulting in every client becoming referenceable upon completing their implementation.Your experience will consist of :
Desire or prior experience within an implementation, project management or software implementation.Knowledge and understanding with either Financial, Accounting or Expense Management.Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple client projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailConfident and able to communicate to all levels within the business.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentExcellent emotional intelligence and active listening skills.Natural ability to navigate a steep learning curve in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and technical skills.Inlogik's Project Officer's are the backbone of our Implementation team and assist the team to ensure that our customer's success continues!
