- The Opportunity
- Focusing on the development of a new medical facility you will assist the Project Manager in providing advice and procurement support to key stakeholders focusing on medical equipment. _
- You will assist in developing feasibility studies and schematic planning, design development, supporting the engagement of consultants and contractors, project budget support and capital project reporting. _
- You will form solid working relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, contractors, and the government. Precise records and files for the capital projects as per the capital guidelines will be a must!_
- Your key accountabilities will include the following
- Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet the project's objectives
- Provide assistance at user group and stakeholders consultation workshops and prepare and present detailed reports on complex matters.
- Build positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a collaborative partnership approach.
- Assist the Project Delivery team in ensuring projects are delivered by following relevant legislation, government regulations and health guidelines
- Assist in the delivery of capital projects to meet the project objectives, budget, Staff and community expectations
- Assist in the management of project budgets and reporting requirements.
- Your Skillsets and Attributes
- We seek an energetic professional confident in providing project delivery in a supporting role within the health / clinical sector with a solid appreciation in medical equipment._
- You will demonstrate excellent written, administrative and technological skills
- Big picture thinking and enthusiasm for developing new and different approaches. The production of original work through creativity and combining things in imaginative ways will be highly regarded.
- Well organised in everything you do with the ability to maximise your time and get the most out of your day
- The ability to form relationships with people by quickly and easily establishing rapport
- The ability to focus on details and ensure accuracy.
- Good exposure to the clinical / health settings with an appreciation of medical equipment highly desirable.

- You will be paid an attractive base salary circa $90,000 - $100,000 package plus salary packaging, five weeks annual leave and a rostered day off.
