Project Officer

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Project Officer to join our network services team based in Dandenong South, 3175. As the Project Officer you will be responsible for optimising field operations, managing work systems, and providing crucial support to field crews.

• What you'll be responsible for
• Preparing daily schedules, dispatching jobs to field crews and monitoring progress and deadlines.
• Ensuring schedules are planned, tracked and delivered on time.
• Scheduling and coordinating property access, licences, accounts and mail outs.
• Maintaining the Veolia Geographic Information System and other management systems.
• Assisting with IT and administration support for the field crew.
• Building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships.

• Proven track record in a similar role
• Experience with GISCloud or similar GIS software preferred
