- Position Overview
The Project Officer will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projectsCollaborate with project teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverablesDevelop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plansTrack project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issuesCoordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure their satisfactionOversee the Managed Services engagement ensuring incidents are resolved in a prioritized manner (this may require some technical analysis)Testing resolved incidents before production deploymentMonitor external factors which may need consideration within the EME and CDR capabilities such as changes to Consumer Data Standards / ConsultationsSupport the project team with ad hoc requests around data insights, stakeholder engagement, analysis activities pertaining to EMEOverall Project support and Program Board secretariat.Conduct regular project meetings, documenting discussions and action itemsFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team membersMonitor and control project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelinesPrepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updatesConduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvementSkills and experienceHighly developed analysis and problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.Strong stakeholder management skillsBasic understanding of ITIL processes and best practiceExperience with SharePointExperience with ConfluenceExperience with JIRA Service ManagementWhat to do now?
