Job descriptionCreate project plans and manage contract administration, financial management, reporting, risk management and support for change management. Provide expert advice and strategic insights to senior decision makers. Collaborate with stakeholders and keep accurate records. Require flexibility, systems thinking, project delivery, and innovation. Report to the Manager of Recruitment Initiatives. Utilize platforms to provide tailored solutions, support principals in recruitment. Negotiate with stakeholders and conduct regular reporting. Produce project plans with clearly defined objectives and action steps.
