This is a new portfolio which we will build through organic growth - aiming to consist of ~750 Lots of predominately Tier 1 and 2 properties.

You will have two dedicated support team members (Trust Accounts and Operations).

While this is a fast-paced, fast-moving environment - we are very collaborative and work to support each other.

Candidates interested in helping to modernise and digitise the industry should apply.Key Responsibilities : Prepare and present reports on financial performance, maintenance schedules, and other key metrics.Develop and implement strategies to improve property management processes.Lead your Pod (team) - which includes Trust Accounts and Operations support.Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Provide administrative support to the Owners Corporation team as needed.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Economics or Real Estate.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Proficiency in PropertyIQ.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Current driver's license and vehicle.Benefits : Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Exposure to a variety of property management projects and clients.2 days WFH.How to Apply : Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to
