Residential Property Valuer – Sunshine Coast

About the role Due to our continued success, we are looking for an experienced Certified Practising Valuer wishing to join our team on the Sunshine Coast and utilise their specialised talent and skills to contribute to our Residential valuations team, valuing properties in the Gympie or south-west Sunshine Coast regions. You'll be supported by a team of industry experts and cutting edge technology platforms, enabling you to perform at your best.

Key Responsibilities Conducting valuations and preparing high quality detailed reports within stipulated time frames.Assessing current market activity and analysing comparable sales data.Utilising mobile technology for field inspection.Building effective business relationships internally and externally.Adhering to quality reporting standards and audit processes.Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintaining client relations.About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following criteria :
