Be part of the team at MAX and support people on their learning journey. We are expanding our team and would love you to join us! You will play a key role in the learning experiences of our students and contribute to the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
Responsibilities Deliver language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills training. Contribute to making a difference in the community. Engage students using effective learning techniques and maintain a student-centered approach. Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance. Bring learning to life for students through diverse communication methods. Conduct pre-training assessments and tailor training to meet contract requirements. About You Ability to work with diverse participants. Supportive, community-minded, and motivated to help learners, including non-English speakers, build future opportunities. Motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve LLN skills for education and employment. Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Excellent facilitation and assessment skills within a vocational area. Qualifications Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL, or Undergraduate degree with postgraduate qualification in TESOL, or willingness to complete one.
