About the role

Are you passionate about empowering youth and making a positive difference? Selectability's Empowered Youth programs are seeking enthusiastic and skilled mentors to support individuals as they complete various certificates and build brighter futures. Based in Normanton and Mornington Island, the Lifestyle Support Worker Mentor will provide support to students during the delivery of Certificate I in Hospitality.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Mentoring and providing educational support to youth engaged in certificate programs
• Empowering youth to build confidence, life skills, and resilience
• Creating a positive and inclusive environment that fosters learning and growth
• Collaborating with the program coordinator to deliver tailored support
