Job descriptionCarPlace Bibra Lake is a digital car retailer on a mission to transform the way people buy cars, and we need energetic and dynamic individuals to join our team. About the Role CarPlace Bibra Lake has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Buying Centre Specialist Your primary focus will be making calls to potential customers - facilitating the purchase of used-vehicles from the public through leads, building rapport with stakeholders, and coordinating our Vehicle Inspectors. This role is all about making customers happy whilst bringing them into the CarPlace crew. To be successful in the role you will need The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues, both over the phone and in person. A passion for providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The ability to identify and gain new business through various methods including cold calling and following up on leads. A solid understanding of different vehicles, their features, and associated services to provide accurate information to customers. A driven and motivated individual who strives to meet and exceed targets and goals.
