We're on the lookout for passionate and experienced individuals to join our team as a Buying Manager, specializing in either food or non-food categories. If you have a strong background in retail and a keen eye for trends and opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

How You'll Make An Impact Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify gaps and growth opportunities for new products.Source and evaluate new suppliers, both locally and internationally. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value and ensure supply chain efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, QA, Operations) to develop and launch new products, from concept to shelf.Build and manage a strategic product assortment that aligns with the company's positioning and customer expectations.Ensure that all new product introductions meet profitability targets through effective cost control, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market response.
