Our Exploration team leads a diverse portfolio of near-mine, brownfields, and regional exploration across multiple mineralisation styles and lithologies. Programs span early-stage geochemical sampling to advanced resource definition, with key focus areas including Mount Magnet and the extensive Rebecca-Roe tenements ~150 km east of Kalgoorlie — a highly prospective greenstone belt with strong discovery potential.

The Role

This is a leadership opportunity for a geologist ready to drive discovery. You’ll take ownership of exploration programs from concept to execution, guiding your team in the field while delivering high-impact insights to shape future growth. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions and resource development. You can expect your role to include :

• Lead and coordinate daily exploration activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and team alignment
• Provide leadership, mentoring and oversight of Project and Exploration Geologists and Field teams
• Identify and prioritise exploration targets; design and implement work programs ready for execution
• Track program progress to ensure delivery within approved budgets and timelines
• Interpret geological data and deliver timely, insightful reports to internal stakeholders
• Ensure all exploration activities comply with health, safety, heritage, and tenure obligations
• Maintain tenements in good standing by meeting all statutory and reporting requirements
• Support the Principal Geologist in evaluating new exploration opportunities and strategic growth initiatives

You are a senior geologist with extensive expertise in gold exploration and experience across a range of deposit styles and project stages.
