There is a requirement for remote camp work up to three hours' drive from the mine for up to eight days at a time as part of the role.This role is offered on a permanent basis and is based on a FIFO 8 / 6 roster out of Perth or Kalgoorlie .Accountabilities : Adhering to all safety procedures and always working in a safe mannerDeveloping and maintaining harmonious, productive working relationships with all contractors and colleaguesIndependent supervision of drilling activities, ensuring a high level of safety, environmental compliance, and sample QAQCOn-ground contractor management and supervision of drill crews, downhole surveyors, and laboratory QAQCHigh quality geological logging of aircore, RC and diamond coreCompleting project work as assigned, including geological interpretation, 3D modelling, targeting, and drill hole planningAssisting in maintaining and ensuring the integrity of the exploration database.Providing mentoring and training to graduate geologists and field techniciansAbout YouPeople are at the heart of everything we do.
