The Opportunity :
Lynas Rare Earths is seeking an experienced Corporate Affairs Manager to join the team. Reporting to the VP Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for delivering effective corporate communications, managing media relations, coordinating investor engagement, and promoting Lynas as an ethical and sustainable business. You will be the voice behind our story—ensuring clear, consistent, and positive messaging across all internal and external channels. This is a fixed term 12-month contract based in Perth, with regular visits to our WA operating sites as required.
As a highly valued member of the Lynas Rare Earths team, you will :
Build and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international mediaProvide expert communications advice, including issues managementSupport and deliver strategic communication programs, including proactive media and advertising campaignsDraft and distribute community newsletters and stakeholder updatesOversee communications across digital platforms including intranet, website, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)Draft and manage investor communication materials and reporting timelinesCoordinate site visits, information booths, and investor eventsMaintain a corporate calendar and coordinate Lynas' participation in industry eventsManage media, partnerships, and community feedback inboxesSupport the development of the Annual Report, ESG Report, and Modern Slavery ReportPlan and deliver major eventsPrepare materials and coordinate responses for investor and ESG surveysManage internal corporate surveys, including the biennial All Staff Engagement Survey.What you will bring to the team :
Minimum 10 years' experience in media relations and / or investor communications (ideally in an ASX listed company) with excellent writing and editing skills.
