Job descriptionABOUT THE ROLE The Workforce Systems and Support Officer is responsible for working collaboratively with the Workforce Systems and Support team for the monitoring and support of the RosterOn system through the Mercy Health Aged Care and Health Services rostering framework. In addition, this position provides support to all facilities to develop best practice in rostering and workforce management activities. Summary of the role In this role, you will be joining a team that is highly driven, results focused and very welcoming. This work is extremely rewarding as you will often be responsible for resolving issues that contribute to the uninterrupted workflow of others. Every day presents different and rewarding challenges. Full Time Ongoing position Facilitate communication with key stakeholders as well as a wide range of internal and external clients. Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day triaging of the RosterOn support inbox. Provide timely and effective support to all RosterOn users. Provide efficient and effective data analysis and reporting as requested. ABOUT YOU High level of interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy High attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning and workforce management. Advanced Microsoft office suite skills Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities Experience in Aged Care and / or Health Services environment (desirable but not essential) ABOUT US Mercy Health is a Catholic organisation grounded in a 2,000-year tradition of caring for others.
