This individual will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensure effective implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and lead strategic planning, resource management, and financial oversight (excluding bookkeeping).

Operational Leadership & EOS Execution Serve as the Integrator within the EOS model, partnering with the Visionary (CEO) to translate strategy into execution Lead weekly Level 10 Meetings, Quarterly / Annual Planning, and Rocks prioritisation across departments Maintain and evolve the Accountability Chart to reflect the agency's growth plan Ensure consistent use of EOS tools (Scorecards, Issues Lists, V / TO, People Analyser, etc.)

Financial Oversight & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain a rolling forecast model Monitor and report on revenue, expenses, margins, and utilisation on a monthly basis Build and maintain reporting dashboards for financial and operational KPIs Partner with the CEO and department leads to align resource planning with financial projections Coordinate with external bookkeepers / accountants for clean, timely reporting 3.
Team & Resource Planning Build and implement resource planning models to manage workload, capacity, and hiring needs Define and refine job scorecards, responsibilities, and success metrics for all key roles Oversee project scoping tools and systems to ensure margin accuracy and delivery efficiency Support people managers in developing team members and addressing performance gaps 4.
Systems & Process Optimisation Audit, document, and refine core processes across client delivery, internal operations, and finance Own agency-wide tools and systems (e.g., ClickUp, Harvest, time tracking, resourcing tools) Ensure core processes are followed by all and updated as the agency scales Identify operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives to resolve them 5.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Act as a connector across departments (client services, creative, strategy, etc.)
to align goals and solve issues Facilitate decision-making, problem-solving, and priority setting for the leadership team Manage internal communication flows and meeting rhythms to keep everyone aligned Build a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement Qualifications 10+ years of experience in agency operations, finance, or general management roles Deep understanding of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System); experience as an Integrator strongly preferred Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports at a departmental or company level Strong leadership, organisational design, and people development skills Comfortable with project management and operations tools (ClickUp, Xero, G Suite, etc.)
