Job descriptionThe Role Position Accountabilities Oversee the reporting, monitoring, and consolidation of the Group Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) Dashboard and KRIs, delivering reports to the Executive Risk Committee. Manage second-line monitoring and deep-dive reviews to ensure accurate risk data collection. Lead the preparation of GRC, RAS, and KRI reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis. Provide support for mandatory regulatory reporting and responses to regulator information requests. Consolidate Line 2 Risk Reporting for Divisional Risk Committees. Engage with stakeholders to develop and maintain risk reporting frameworks and ensure insights are aligned with organizational risk strategies. Drive high performance with integrity, demonstrating leadership that models A&G's values and ways of working. Qualifications & Experience At least 7 years of risk reporting experience, ideally within financial services. Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards applicable to financial services. Proven experience in the general insurance industry is highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking, with advanced experience in policy and framework development. Our Perks Hybrid 2 days per week WFH.
