Winslow Infrastructure is involved in building Brisbane’s vast infrastructure network and requires an eager and experienced self-starter Safety Advisor with TMR and large project experience to join our growing team.

THE ROLE

• Partner with operational project leads, the wider safety community at Winslow and our client to drive and deliver safety objectives and performance.
• Implementation of Winslow’s safety policies and systems.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and mitigating risk.
• Conducting safety audits.
• Performance monitoring and data analysis.
• Guidance on subcontractor management.
• Providing continual support and coaching.
