About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Manager Property Maintenance to join our team, delivering exceptional outcomes across building and landscape projects.

What you will do

• Oversee and deliver high-quality building and landscape maintenance.
• Manage small building and landscape projects to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team, including carpenters, horticulturalists, greenskeepers, and labourers.
• Foster a strong team culture aligned with corporate values.
• Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Drive safety leadership and uphold risk management and legal compliance in all construction activities.
• Travel inter / intrastate as required to manage multiple projects.
