The role :

JLL is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team supporting one of our major client who is a well-esteemed organisation in the financial services industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

Snapshot of the roles :

• Manage property portfolios, including revenue and expenditure leases
• Serve as primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Ensure compliance with lease obligations, policies, and regulations
• Coordinate property inspections and fault management
• Oversee Work Health & Safety (WHS) aspects of lease arrangements
• Support energy and environmental sustainability initiatives
• Assist with risk and compliance management
• Handle critical dates and leasing arrangements
• Contribute to portfolio management reports
