We focus on the individual, their needs and more broadly on positive impacts in the community._ The Position Regular Site Visits Growth on Site KPI's Inventory Management & Profit Protection Remote Retail and Tavern Focus Customer Feedback Management Conduct Retail / Sales Up-skilling Training Implement Retail Core Product Range and Supplier Planograms Implement agreed National Programs and Evaluate Retail Promotions Support Site Mobilisations The Person Minimum 5 Years Experience : Possess at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role within a Retail organisation, with exposure to Grocery and / or Petrol & Convenience sectors Willingness to Travel : Demonstrate the ability to travel, including overnight stays as required by the role Remote / Offshore Mining Sector Experience (preferred) : While not mandatory, previous experience in the remote / offshore mining sector is advantageous Relationship management experience with both internal and external stakeholders Effective Multitasking Skills : Capable of efficiently multitasking and prioritising workload in a dynamic and fast-paced environment The Benefits
