Flexible Hours : Choose part-time shifts that fit your schedule, from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday Boost Your Pay : Enjoy up to $15,900 in tax-free salary packaging, plus travel and mobile allowances Make an Impact : Provide essential support and companionship, brightening the lives of older adults Supportive Team : Join a friendly, collaborative team where everyone's contributions are valued What You'll Do : Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, shopping, and more Monitor health and wellbeing changes Create an engaging environment that brings smiles Help with daily routines and activities Spend quality time with older adults, sharing laughs and adventures What You'll Bring : Genuine interest in supporting older adults Applicants with or without a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent Valid driver's license, reliable car, basic tech skills; First Aid / CPR is a plus or willingness to obtain Strong listening and engagement skills Ability to forge lasting friendships and make a difference daily Why integratedliving? Hourly Rate : $32.67 (qualified) or $31.64 (unqualified) + 12% superannuation Training & Support : 2-week paid induction and training, more fun than a game night!
