We are now seeking an experienced Quality and Safeguarding Officer, passionate about providing the best supports possible to people with disability.

As a Quality and Safeguarding Officer you will have a "capability first" view underpinning your belief in the valued roles people with disability can and should have in community. You will be able to effectively engage and communicate with people from all walks of life and collate their perspectives to make recommendations on continuous improvement to the organisation's management.

You will play a lead role in helping our organisation implement a contemporary approach to supporting people with disability to thrive in their community. By conducting audits you will help us identify opportunities for continuous improvement whilst maintaining compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
