The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with soup curry preparation, including spice blending and broth making.

A passion for authentic flavors and attention to detail are essential.Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook soup curry dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standardsAssist in developing and improving soup curry flavor profilesCreate and blend spices to match the restaurant's unique curry basePrepare soup curry broths (dashi) with consistency and accuracyEnsure all dishes are presented in a clean and appealing mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areasFollow food safety and hygiene standards at all timesSupport the Head Chef and kitchen team during busy service hoursHelp with inventory management and ingredient preparationFollow instructions from senior kitchen staff and contribute to team effortsRequirements : Experience working in a soup curry restaurant is requiredProven experience in preparing soup curry broth (dashi)Hands-on experience in spice blending for soup curry dishesCutting knowledge more than 15 kings of vegetablesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchenUnderstanding of food safety and sanitation practicesTeam player with a positive attitudeFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shiftsRequired Qualifications : Familiarity with Japanese or Hokkaido-style soup curryExperience with vegetarian or vegan curry optionsCulinary training or relevant certifications (not required but a plus)Basic knife skills and kitchen prep knowledgeBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
