In this role, you will be working for our Media & Signage business which forms part of the CV group.

The team provides custom digital and static signage solutions for our clients. We have full in-house capability to design and manufacture signage at our Hendra Head Office as well as a national installation team.

With over 130 team members, the business is one of the largest and most respected signage businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

About The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Assistant to join our Media & Signage team based at Hendra.

As a Dispatch Assistant your tasks will include, but not be limited to :

• Dispatching all orders and deliveries
• Completing quality inspection of goods prior to dispatch
• Identifying, labelling and picking of goods
• Booking and liaising with transport companies as required
• Accurately maintaining records of all goods, including undertaking regular stock counts
• Ensuring equipment and store areas remain clean, tidy, and operationally ready
• Receiving deliveries as required
