Instructional Designer

We are looking for two dynamic, engaged, and innovative instructional designers for 6 months to join the flagship transformation program, Safe Production System. This role represents a fantastic opportunity with one of WA's premiers in Mining. This is a Perth based role, Mon-Fri, 8 hours a day with potential to travel to site.

Key accountabilities will include

• Design and development of blended learning content to drive mindset and behavioral shifts coupled with growing leadership and technical skills
• Create supporting learning materials such as podcasts, videos, facilitation guides and role-plays etc.
• Design assessment approaches such as test or quizzes to measure the effectiveness of learning

Qualifications and skills required :
