Greenhills Primary School OSHClub is looking for a passionate and motivated Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, leading a team of Educators at a large (105 licence capacity) service in Greensborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for those willing to run their own OSHC service with great support structure provided by the leadership team.
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school
Greenhills Primary School OSHClub is an existing large service with dedicated team of qualified Educators. Our relationship with the school is great and we work together on the implementation of programs such as school-based reward programs. This beautiful service has an amazing brand-new room which they share with the STEM teacher at the school. The room is a semi pack up - put out. The average morning attendance for our Rise then Shine Program at this service is 25 children and the average afternoon attendance for our Stay and Play Program is around 30 children. We also have access to an amazing and large industrial kitchen which helps with the implementation of cooking experiences for our OSHClub children.
Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have : Enjoy working with kids. Strong and clear communication. Team player with a desire to become a service leader. Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children. Australian work rights.
