This is a great opportunity for an experienced Principal Business Analyst to lead process and systems improvement across admissions, enrolment, and invoicing platforms.Key Responsibilities : Lead analysis and process improvement across student administration systemsGather and document business requirements, identify pain points and desired outcomesAlign digital solutions with business objectives, working closely with internal teamsBuild subject matter expertise across the student systems suite to support best practiceWork cross-functionally to deliver outcomes that improve performance and usabilityAbout You : Proven experience in senior or principal BA roles within complex environmentsBackground in student systems, education, or similarly process-rich domainsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsComfortable working across strategy, detail, and implementation phasesThese roles will be offered as initial contracts until 30 June 2026To apply please send your resume or contact Nat on 0430 292 875 or
