Fortstone is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager full-time on site for a luxury apartment building located in Subiaco, Perth.
The right candidate will provide customer focused facilities management services to the building within the Integrated Property Management group, meeting and where possible exceeding the expectations and requirements of the Committee of Owners (CoO), Strata Manager (SM) and other key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge & Technical Prerequisites for this role are :
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills, prioritising and scheduling
Knowledge of relevant Australian Legislation including EPA, Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia and Good Work Practices
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or Facility Management
Working knowledge of BMS, CCTV and other computer based building service programs
Experience within the property industry - specifically Strata, Building Services and Facilities Management
Ability to forecast needs of building and knowledge of building management
Duties will also include provide support and direction to contractors ensuring the building is maintained and operated in a safe, compliant and efficient manner while exploring opportunities to further enhance the performance of the property.
The facilities manager will also be required to operate within budget limits and authorities issued by the Strata Managers and to act in accordance with company policy and expenditure guidelines
