As a Leading Hand, you will provide supervision, guidance and support to Supported Employees, empowering and enabling them to perform work tasks and achieve their employment and personal goals, as detailed in their Individual Employment Plans; whilst achieving commercial outcomes.

Role Responsibilities : Provide supervision and guidance to a team of up to 5 Supported EmployeesCoordinate and allocate tasks to supported employees to maximise the effective utilisation of the team in meeting commercial targets.Assist with the day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure a safe environment to all.Ensure the timely provision of all mandatory reporting to meet the requirements of the Operations Manager.Work closely with the Operations Manager, and other members of management to regularly review operational processes and procedures to develop and implement initiatives supporting the continuous improvement of service delivery.This is a hands on role in a very fast paced environment.27th June, 2025Purpose of the Leading Hand role at Achievable Enterprises
