The Opportunity

Based in Perth and reporting directly to the State Service Delivery Manager, the Business Development Manager will work closely with various levels of management within the Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division.

This is a strategic business development role in which you are required to proactively acquire new clients and sell tailored workforce solution services to foster the growth of the RMS Division.

The role will closely partner and collaborate with a variety of diverse stakeholders (internal and external) to understand the unique challenges of our clients and to offer an MEGT service that creates employment solutions that change lives for the better.

About you

You will be an ambitious and driven self-starter with a strong background in business development and a solid network of potential clients? We are seeking a candidate with the following knowledge, experience and abilities :
