Business Development Manager – Communications & Safety Solutions (Mining, Tunnel & Power) Join a global leader in mining and tunnelling technology. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

About the Role As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the mining, tunnelling, and power sectors. Based in Perth, WA, and reporting to the Vice President - Corporate Development, Asia Pacific, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and promote PBE Axell's cutting-edge solutions. You will also collaborate with our sister companies in power and generation to deliver holistic solutions to clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies targeting mining, tunnel, and power infrastructure projects.

Promote PBE Axell's communication, DAS, and collision avoidance technologies to new and existing clients.

Collaborate with sister companies to offer integrated solutions across communications, power, and safety.

Build and maintain strong relationships with mining operators, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

Lead tender submissions, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

About You Proven experience in business development within the communications or mining technology sector.

Strong knowledge of mining and tunnel communication systems, DAS, and / or collision avoidance technologies.

Exposure to or interest in power and generation solutions is highly regarded.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.

Willingness to travel as required.
