Job Description

Identify and assess new parking site opportunities across WA

Conduct feasibility studies and market / competitor analysis

Support commercial negotiations with property owners

Prepare internal memos, pitch decks, and board presentations

Attend meetings alongside senior leaders and stakeholders

Collaborate with marketing on new site branding and comms

Track and report on business development KPIs

Office-based, working closely with the State Manager and national team

The Successful Applicant

Recently graduated or up to 2 years' experience in business or commercial roles

Degree in Business, Commerce, Property, or related field

Confident communicator with a polished, professional presence

Analytical and detail-oriented when working with data and presentations

Commercially curious with an interest in property and urban development

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn

Comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external partners

Thrives in a structured yet fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

What's on Offer

Competitive base salary between $72,000 and $80,000 AUD, plus super.
