Salary :  $65,000 p / a + Super

Working Hours :   7am - 3 : 30pm

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Administrator  with at least 12 months exposure to transportation, logistics, either general administration or, scheduling / planning.

The role will see you take responsibility for all associated administration responsibilities within a busy, fast paced transportation / commodity supply business. It will suit someone that can build good working relationships with internal stakeholders, including blue collar workers, mechanics, workshop staff and truck drivers, as well as the office team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate transport records, schedules, and delivery documentation
• Process invoices, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and timesheets
• Update and manage all information within MYOB (previous experience not required)
• Ensure daily trip reconciliation is updated and accurate - work closely with drivers to get this information through.
• Handle data entry for vehicle movements, fuel usage, and driver rosters.
