Job descriptionMentor and lead an established team of Rehabilitation Consultants Drive the growth strategy and business plan across Southeast Queensland Attend marketing meetings, networking events, and stakeholder functions (e.g. Safe Work events) Lead onboarding of new Consultants and support performance development Assist with workflow allocation, stakeholder proposals, and quoting Maintain a diverse caseload across physical and psychosocial needs Support both same employer and new employment services Collaborate on new projects and regional pilot programs Work across multiple schemes including QSuper, workers comp, CTP, and DVA Flexibility around hours and salary, based on billable targets and experience Access to laptop, phone, iPad, and fleet vehicle for travel Direct support and mentoring from the Senior Leadership Team Opportunity to shape and grow your own regional customer base Build business development and strategic management skills Join a values-led, inclusive and supportive workplace 3+ years of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling Willingness to travel regionally as part of the role Strong communication, mentoring, and time management skills AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC accreditation Experts in Occupational Rehabilitation Jobs : We specialise in your field, understanding the current companies and roles to match your preferences Access to Unlisted Roles : we work on opportunities that aren't advertised anywhere else! About the Role :
- Location : Brisbane (with travel across SEQ and occasional regional travel)
- Leadership Scope : Oversee and mentor a passionate team of Consultants across SEQ
- Case Work : Balanced billable load with a diverse caseload (workers comp, DVA, CTP, state gov, etc.)
- Travel : Regional travel required; fleet vehicle available
