About the Role :
- Location : Brisbane (with travel across SEQ and occasional regional travel)
- Leadership Scope : Oversee and mentor a passionate team of Consultants across SEQ
- Case Work : Balanced billable load with a diverse caseload (workers comp, DVA, CTP, state gov, etc.)
- Travel : Regional travel required; fleet vehicle available
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Business Development
Mentor and lead an established team of Rehabilitation ConsultantsDrive the growth strategy and business plan across Southeast QueenslandAttend marketing meetings, networking events, and stakeholder functions (e.g. Safe Work events)Lead onboarding of new Consultants and support performance developmentAssist with workflow allocation, stakeholder proposals, and quotingCase Management
Maintain a diverse caseload across physical and psychosocial needsSupport both same employer and new employment servicesCollaborate on new projects and regional pilot programsWork across multiple schemes including QSuper, workers comp, CTP, and DVABenefits :

3+ years of experience in Occupational RehabilitationRelevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation CounsellingWillingness to travel regionally as part of the roleStrong communication, mentoring, and time management skillsAHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC accreditationInterested in this position?
