About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide and mentor teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles and frameworks. This role is key to enabling organizational agility and driving cultural transformation across portfolios and programs.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Coach teams and leadership on Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.) and best practices
- Lead Agile transformations and maturity assessments across business units
- Design and deliver Agile workshops, training, and playbooks
- Provide hands-on coaching to scrum masters, product owners, and delivery teams
- Identify and remove impediments to Agile adoption and performance
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives and feedback loops
- Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and customer-centric delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile practices with strategic goals
Required Skills & Experience :
7+ years in Agile roles with at least 3 years as an Agile CoachDeep understanding of Agile principles, Lean, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, etc.)Proven experience coaching teams at different Agile maturity levelsStrong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skillsExperience in leading Agile transformations in large organizationsAbility to influence and engage senior stakeholders and C-suiteFamiliarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.Desirable (Bonus) Skills :
Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile, or equivalentExperience in regulated industries (e.g., Banking, Superannuation, Health)Background in product management or delivery leadershipExperience with DevOps and Agile-at-scale environmentsWhat We Offer :
