The Opportunity : Role : Customer Support Specialist

Reporting To : Claims Manager

Key Responsibilities : Incoming call and email managementLiaise with stakeholdersLiaise with building / construction and maintenance sub-contractorsMaintain customer relationshipsAssist with office facilitiesProvide support to business teamsCustomer Service : Deliver exceptional service with excellent written and oral communication skills.Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges.Competitive salary based onexperience, modern office, uniform.What We Offer : Passionate Leadership : Our management leads by example.
