Job Opportunity : IT Systems Specialist at Atlam Group

Atlam Group is seeking a part-time, temporary IT Systems Specialist based in Gold Coast and Brisbane, QLD. The successful candidate will work with the following systems : Edocs, Pathway, FME, Esri GIS Suite, Geocortex, and Cherwell Service Management.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide advice on the technical restrictions and capabilities of the relevant systems.
• Maintain knowledge of changes and developments in technology and processes related to our key applications.
• Undertake technical reviews and approve changes to IT systems.
• Manage incidents to resolution, including proactively partnering with vendors to identify solutions.
