Our client is a household name, and operates in the insurance space, working to improve the lives of people across Queensland. They are currently going through a period of change, and as a result are looking for a capable and passionate Change Analyst during this transformation.
The RoleThe Change Analyst role sits within the People and Culture team, is however closely aligned with the technology team, and is responsible for supporting the Change Manager with their change and communication activities and project key messages across the organisation.
We're looking for a doer, with a pragmatic and organised approach who is flexible and runs with the task at hand in this fast-paced environment.
DutiesAssist the Change Manager and stakeholders to manage the portfolio of change, monitoring and reporting change saturation across the portfolio and contribute to a broader organisational view of changeSupport the Change Manager to lead and measure change management activities using a model that guides individual and organisational changeAnalyse, plan, and support change management activities using our client's change management framework, complimenting an agile project delivery approach where required.Conduct change impact analysis, assess risks / issues, change capacity and readiness at a project / program level and raise solutions and recommendations to Project Managers, Product Owners and Sponsors.Execute your duties across multiple different projectsQualificationsTertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and / or relevant experience in delivering effective change management analysis and support in large scale transformative projects / programs that include changes to people, organisational structures and culture, technology, process, finance and operationsUnderstanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci or APMGMinimum 3 years Change Analysis experienceExperience / CompetenciesExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsExperience working in a project / program environment with demonstrated knowledge of change analysis and / or project management methodologyExperience executing and managing change management plans, planning and delivery both internal and external engagement and communication campaignsExperience in supporting the creation of fit-for-purpose change deliverables and artefacts including but not limited to stakeholder impact analysis, change business impacts and analysis, training needs analysis, change readiness and resistanceAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, sharing your vision of successful change management and why change management is criticalFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and balance competing prioritiesIf you also have knowledge of the insurance or financial industry this would be a bonus!
